Concrete takes a lot of abuse being out in the elements year round. Dirt, organic staining, grease, oil and whatever else gets dropped, spilled and drug over the surface really takes a toll on the appearance. In addition to being an eyesore, many times it also leads to increased safety hazards (slip/fall) when heavy algae growth is present, or the presence of oil and grease. Cleaning Technique
First we start by pre-treating the surface with project specific cleaners to break down and dissolve the top layer of organic contaminants. We then follow up with a 20″ walk-behind surface cleaner to deep clean and scrub organic, and most petroleum based contaminants away.
Once the top layer of organic contaminates is removed we can then determine if additional attention is needed to further remove any additional remaining oil/grease stains. Additionally we apply a post treatment to keep surfaces cleaner, longer!
